Hi,

I would like to know if it's possible to make a Support generated code read only and prevent support staff from changing them? Our codes have been set to randomly produce 6 digit codes, but some support staff are shorting them to say 3 digits.

There was a workaround using an extension that worked for version 6.3, but this extension is now disabled since upgrading to 6.7.

To my knowledge you can prevent a Session's code from being changed by removing the EditSession permission from the group/session type you desire. This will prevent other properties of the session from being Edited but it's better than nothing I suppose.

Either way, I would recommend registering your request within our Product Feedback Portal.
