We have Control installed on server core and I am looking to upgrade the installation. I believe my predecessor will have run a command to upgrade previously however I'm a bit stumped.

Can anyone assist?

Many thanks,

Assuming that we're talking about upgrading the server software, just get a copy of the version to which you want to upgrade (from here) and then invoke it directly via msiexec. This would look similar to:

msiexec /i ScreenConnect_6.7.19864.6828_Release.msi
ScreenConnect Team
