Hello all,

We are experiencing sporadic issues where the Connectwise Control icon (integrated within Automate) is orange/amber rather than red or green, and we cannot connect to our endpoints. So far, I haven't found an adequate description of what is going on here or which direction to go to resolve this issue.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, and how did you resolve it?

I'm not an expert on how their integration works but I'm guessing that an orange color indicates that the client's version is out of date (again just a guess).

It's probably best to contact their Support team if you haven't already, though.

I have actually found that exiting Connectwise Automate Control Center and re-opening appears to solve the issue.

It appears to be some sort of warning about the integration not working between the two products (a communication issue?). That's all I know at this point though.
