I setup my first Access session and it is listed in my dashboard. When I try to join the session it wants to download and run or save the client software which when installed causes my computer to show up in my SC dashboard. I have uninstalled the client software as I do not need my own host computer in my SC dashboard. How can I join the remote access session that appears in my dashboard?

From where exactly is this happening? Is it from the Host page or another dashboard, say one provided by ConnectWise Automate? |
