Hello We use ScreenConnect to do remote support for several school districts. All but one is working well. I talked to the IT staff onsite and he sent me a screenshot of the firewall where it looks like traffic over port 80 is being blocked for not being true HTTP?

How do we make them work without changing the port for everyone?
Thank you

The only way to make it work without changing the port for everyone would be to set up an exception/whitelist entry in that firewall to allow non-HTTP traffic over port 80 to your Control/SC server. |
