 How can on-prem customers install access the paid / premium extensions (Remote Diagnostic Toolkit, Reporting Dashboard)?

My understanding is there is no way to run these on an on premise install. The premium feature is only available in the cloud offering at the premium tier. I personally am not happy with this and certainly feel like it's another shot at us loyal on premise customers.

At this time Premium extensions can only be installed on Premium cloud instances. There are two Premium extensions currently available on the Extension Marketplace, the Reporting Dashboard and Remote Diagnostics Toolkit. As an alternative to those two premium extensions, you can try the Report Manager and Remote System Diagnostics extensions.
