sorry if this has been answered somewhere else. I wasn't able to find it.

I am a new user with a free account. I have been comparing remote support options.

using the connectwise control android software and trying to connect as a guest, I get the error 'waiting for free license'. I am able to setup a connection with a windows client. Please let me know if you can help. I would love to be able to see the screen of mobile devices to make remote troubleshooting easier.

The ConnectWise Control Android app is only available to the One license tier and above.

There is a 'Compare Packages' link if you scroll down a short ways on this page linking to a PDF with a more detailed explanation of what features are available at which license tiers.

Thank you for the information. I am still getting used to the terminology that connectwise uses. By the way it looks like the One level cannot support android guest clients either.

That is correct, I apologize if I was not clear about that previously.

On the ONE license tier, you as a Host can connect to another computer from the Android app. On the same license tier, however, you are not able to connect into a mobile device from a computer.
