We've just upgraded SC to v.6.6

I've found out that a Session's red dot appears if a user sent a message thru SC chat.

Even when it might help to many other situations or customers, in our case, having Groups with hundred of computers, this method is not useful.

IDK if exist a way to look for that session with unread message, using filter, filtered/group or something, instead of scrolling the list to find it.

Besides, we use ticket for any request, or Company's chat for questions.
In fact, it would be an option we don't want to give to our users, since our way is working smoothly.
Yes we use alternatively SC chat within Session's time, by comfort or because Company's chat doesn't work, but that's all.

Now, is there any way we can use the red dot/flag for opened session instead?

It would be useful for us having that red dot to instantly know, someone (IT) is working already in a session.
(so far we use a filtered/group to find that out)

Like a selection within Admin console? configuration check mark option use one way or another?

Thanks in advance.

So you can create a Session Group that displays any session with an unacknowledged event, the filter looks like:
Code:

UnacknowledgedEventCount > 0

The downside is that the moment you find and select a session within this group it acknowledges the event and therefore no longer displays within the group, so you would have to manually click into a different group and then type in its name to find it. Better than nothing but still not the most useful. There's a request to improve its functionality here.
