How can we implmente a function to ask the Technician for details/summary/ticket number after closing a remote support connection

So right now we have the ability to perform actions/launch webpages upon a session ending and/or when a Host disconnects but only from the Guest machine (ie the prompt would not appear to the Technician). I would recommend creating an Enhancement Request within our Product Feedback Portal. |
