Is it possible to audit our admin/technician logins? We'd like to be able to check when they're logging into ScreenConnect (Cloud based) and any other information like hostname, ip address etc.

I look at the audit function, but this doesn't seem to provide me the info.

So are you wanting to see if/when/from where they log into the web application (ie Host/Administration pages)? Or do you want to see to which Sessions they connect and when?

The former isn't currently possible to my knowledge, but you can create an Enhancement Request within our Product Feedback Portal. This request might be pretty similar to what you want.

As far as the latter, you can use the Report Manager extension to produce reports showing a Technician's activity for a specific timeframe. We have a KB article on this extension that shows how to use it.
