We are using Connectwise Control 6.5 on prem. When you use the access clients to remote control a computer from Linux or Mac, it works immediately. Since 6.5 we've noticed on our Windows computers, it pauses for a bit after connecting, you cannot click on things on the remote computer. Nothing happens. After a minute or two, sometimes with closing the remote control window and re-joining the session, it works fine. Till the next computer.

Has anyone else seen this?

I have not seen that behavior with 6.5 or 6.6

I have seen this on all versions if connecting to a just created access session from support (Install access from support session). I will sometimes still see the cmd prompt running scripts for a brief second. Is the delay huge? Im talking mine, like 1-2 seconds and its rare

@jmp242 does this happen everytime when connecting to any remote machine? Does it only happen with specific machines?

Also which exact version of ConnectWise Control are you using and on what OS is the server software installed?
