Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has seen this problem before.
When I try to control a computer at the office, the window opens and then opens inside itself over and over and over, creating a tunnel effect on the screen.
Any ideas?

Thanks,

This typically only happens when you connect to control the same PC you are sitting in front of.

Thanks,

Are you connecting as a host to the same machine you're attempting to control? When you connect in this way (host and guest machine are the same machine), you'll see the "tunnel effect".
