Is it possible to configure ScreenConnect to be able to monitor what my employees are doing without their knowledge? Currently when I log into the machine with them, they can see that it is being controlled by me.

You can disable the wallpaper change, balloons, and banner. Unfortunately, it affects all of the clients and not just employees. Take a look at the app.config settings for more information. Another good thing to enable is block host input on start, this way you don't accidentally move the mouse and give away your presence.
