Hi, on-prem install here. As of today the phone app (Samsung S7) will not open the Host page. I get a blank screen. I can enter the URL into browser/etc and have no problems. I removed and reinstalled the app as well as tried the newer CW Control app - same issue.

Any ideas?

We've run into the same problem after changing over from plain HTTP to HTTPS using a Let's Encrypt certificate. For some reason the certificate is showing as invalid which is preventing the page from loading. Support provided me with a work around. Use the phone browser (Chrome) to load your support page and when you click the session you would like to connect with it will automatically open the app and start the session. It seems only the dashboard isn't loading at this time while using the app.
