This happens on a Mac, PC (Windows 10), regardless of browser choice.
When launching a new session, I see a window that says "Open Screenconnect Client." I check the box every single time and click the "Open ScreenConnect Client" button, which then opens the session. It never remembers my previous selection and has to be clicked with each session launch.
This started happening recently, the client version I have is 6.4.15083.6507.
Is there a fix for this?

Ok, tried upgrading to the latest stable release, problem is still there.

Interesting, works fine with Firefox. Didn't work with Chrome, Safari on Mac or PC.
Firefox it is!
