If there are multiple public sessions available, you have to instruct your end user to make sure they click the dropdown and select the appropriate session before hitting the blue arrow to proceed. Is there any way to change the system to get rid of the dropdown so that all of the sessions are listed on a single screen (no dropdown)? If I recall correctly, this is how ScreenConnect use to be laid out in the UI but then it was changed at some point.

If you have a dropdown like in the current releases, the client will sometimes just click the go button (blue arrow) without considering that there may be other sessions and theirs is not the one in the list. Whereas, if you have all public sessions showing, the client will be sure to check with you which session is their's as it will be more apparent to them that there are multiple ones available.

Thanks,

Ryan.

P.s. running v6.2

You can try using the 'List Published Sessions' extension which does pretty much what you're looking for. Instead of using a SELECT element to show the public sessions, it puts them into a list within an action panel on the Guest page.

You can install the extension from the Extension Marketplace found in the Extension tab on the Administration page.
