Hello All.

On sessions with unread messages, there is a blue dot at the end of the session name witch indicates that there are unread messages in the session.

Is there anyway to filter all sessions with unread messages? Because searching in a list with 1200+ sessions by scrolling down and checking if some of them have a blue dot is a bit hard.

This has been asked a few times, but you can use the following Session Group Filter to display any sessions with unacknowledged events:

UnacknowledgedEventCount > 0

KB article here.

After looking at post#2 and finding the KB article, the information is there. However, what is not stated is that after adding the filter you cannot click on a message because it will be immediately deleted.
