Is it possible to build an event trigger to email when an Access client disconnects?

Yes this is possible via triggers. The sample below will send an email to a specified address when an Access session has disconnected.

Name: Notify when Guest Access Session Disconnects

Event Filter: Event.EventType = 'Disconnected' AND Connection.ProcessType = 'Guest' AND Session.SessionType = 'Access'

Then you can define the email to or use default and use a subject like 'An access session has disconnected '{Session.Name}'
