Confused
My current Standard Multiple Domain (UCC) SSL Up to 5 Domain from Godaddy is soon to expire so I renewed the cert with GD and it is ready to install on my Linux/Ubuntu SC server. I don't think I need to use the Windows ScreenConnectConfigurator script tool as I don't believe I need to create a new CSR signing request, or perhaps I do?

How please do I convert and upload the replacement SSL certificate to my Linux box? Time is tricky as the old cert will now expire in 72 hours.
Thank you.

Ok so the answer is that you MUST use the ScreenConnect SSL Configurator tool on a windows box to create a CSR and submit it to your CA. You CANNOT download a cert from your CA and install it on ScreenConnect, even if you have the private key. You must first delete your old certs from the SC server and then install the new cert via the tarball extraction procedure, restart the server.
