I am attempting to upgrade from 4.4 to 5.4. The upgrade appears to have gone fine; however, none of my clients are upgrading and the connection status stays at "Waiting for free license...". Do I need to upgrade to an intermittent version first?

I went from 4.4 to 5.4 without issue. Is your existing SC license current and allowing you the upgrade? You may need to open a ticket with support if it's not.

I had my new license and old license still installed. Once I removed my old license, everything is working fine now.
