Hi we are currently using the latest stable version of SC.

When connecting to unattended clients some seem to work ok and others are exceptionally slow. Screen refresh takes forever. Even with pc's within the same network to a point where it is even unusable on low settings.

Anyone come across this before or any idea's welcome.

Random clients each time or the same ones?

If the same ones, Matrox video card drivers in use by chance?

Seems to affect any brand Dell Lenovo, With some of the HP's I did try switching of hardware acceleration etc. Most of the clients are affected by this issue sure the Dell's are Intel HD

We did upgrade to the latest stable for an additional feature to disable the proxy on clients, I will post the config maybe it is linked?

It can't hurt to help SC staff diagnose. I mentioned Matrox because there is a known issue with those video card drivers and most remote control software. As a test, you could roll back an affected computer to the "Standard VGA" driver and see if it helps, but it may not be related at all.

Completely started from fresh same issues

Found this thread http://forum.screenconne...ing-video.aspx#post27296

The exact same issues I have been having going back to earlier version to see if resolves my issue

Thank you rmmccann for your help.
