Thanks: 1 times

We recently upgraded our server from 5.0 to 5.3 and then upgraded our clients as well. They are running great but some of our support staff were having problems connecting to different sessions. When I looked at their systems, they had a ScreenConnect client installed that was 5.0. I didn't have anything like that installed on my machine until I tried to use Chrome to connect. (I use Firefox.)

Is there a way to trigger that local client copy to upgrade or is a manual process?

Thank you!

At this point, it is still a manual process but we do have a enhancement request registered, requesting that it detect & auto-update the WindowsSelector client.
