Outside of the little balloon notification down on the system tray, is there a way to alert a user that someone is connected with ScreenConnect? We have used other programs like LabVNC or GoToAssist where there is a large box that stays up and says someone is connected. Users tend to miss the little balloon and have concerns that the technicians are connecting without them knowing.

Thanks for your post. I think your request is the same as this thread that has been running in the forum: http://forum.screenconne...e-session.aspx#post25011 . I'll be sure to add your support to this request.

+1. Our clients always seem to question if we are connected or not. It would be great to see something like LMI or LabVNC does with a box that stays visible indicating a tech is still connected and working until the session is ended. I would also think this is needed for HIPAA requirements.
