HI ScreenConnect Community,

We deployed a 256bit SSL cert on the admin portal to allow our field personnel be able to connect to e systems they are servicing. iOS devices and the ScreenConnect app seem to be ok with that but the android app (majority of our user base) just gets an error loading the app saying "webpage not available" inside the app. Has anyone seen this before?

ok after some additional testing I think we know what the issue is we are just not sure how to fix it. The Screen Connect is setup behind our firewall and behind a reverse proxy (nginx) that is doing the SSL. So to the ScreenConnect server it is HTTP not HTTPS so when it tries to connect it is tryin HTTP and not HTTPS.

Is there a setting where I can force it to use HTTPS even though the Cert is not installed on the server?

... to your web.config.

That'll point to your NGINX proxy, not SC.
