As our technicians are using Remote Support, it’s set the Quality to High by default. How can we change it to Medium to be the default setting for all the sessions?

To set the default quality mode, add the following line in between the <appSettings> and </appSettings> tags in your web.config file. You can specify "High" or "Medium" quality modes instead of "Low."

 <add key="DefaultScreenQualityLevel" value="Low" />
