Yes, the old button has been removed. In version 4.0 we are using the arrow highlighted in the image below to add a new group. This allows you to control where in the list the group will be inserted. So in the example below the new group would be added between the groups 'New Group and 'Virtual.

Could You Give us a List of the CustomProperty= Variables. At this time is there a way to add subgroups?

All of the custom properties can be found in the Administration-Appearance area. By default we only enabled CustomProperty1 and labeled it as Organization. However there are additional custom properties that you can enable/disable for meetings, access, and support sessions. This video covers some of the general use models. But if you have additional questions please let us know:
