When downloading the new installer there is now an "Organizations Name". How is this used, and can it be filtered for the Session groups?

This can be used (or not used) to identify the organization the machine belongs to, it is one of 8 custom fields we have introduced in version 4.0.
You certainly can filter on them here is an example:

CustomProperty1='ABC'

I'll double the question. Where are CustomPropertyN defined? I had not seen anywhere on release notes nor in any searches.

Found where Custom Properties are defined, should have been documented...

Admin->Appearance->Web Resources:->SessionProperty.Custom however now I don't have any documentation where are the rest of these Custom2-8 even found and how to use them.

never mind, it looked more complicated than I thought lol

Just use SessionProperty.Custom2.*Visible = true for whatever you need and then try to find that field...

Still, should be documented :)

Is there any way to update these 'Custom' fields for machines that are already deployed?

We will be releasing updated documentation very soon. You can update the custom fields for unattended machines (provided that the value SessionProperty.CustomX.AccessVisible property is set to true) by selecting a machine(s) on the host page and selecting the Edit link in the preview pane.
