On the Administration Status tab, I'm seeing that the version check, external accessibility check, and browser URL check are all red. Why are they failing?

The version check/external accessibility and browser check are using www.screenconnect.com for the test. When those checks fail and cannot be expanded it is because the server is not able to reach our servers (screenconnect.com).

While not necessarily required for operation of your site, these checks can be very useful in troubleshooting any issues you may have with general connectivity to clients.
