user installing the unattended msi client software on what is allegedly a new Windows 10 PC

got the error title "ScreenConnect Client (74.....)"

and the message "The specified account already exists" with an OK button

I haven't seen this before and nothing comes up on searches at least not in connection to screenconnect

anyone else seen this?

Can't say that I've seen it before, have you tried giving our support team a shout?

There's a way via msiexec to create a verbose logging file which is typically more helpful with these kinds of issues, they can help you create that file.
