We are ecstatic to announce that the ConnectWise View integration for Control is live! We owe special thanks to our partners who used View in its Technical Preview state and provided feedback. We couldn't have delivered a solid integration without you! Want to see how it works in Control? Visit https://www.connectwise....l/premium-extension-viewHave questions about licensing? I spoke with tech support and sales this morning- I'm disappointed ConnectWise View was only released for cloud customers today. When will self-hosted customers get to take advantage of this service?

Hey Justin,
I understand why you're a bit disappointed, but this is not intentional nor set to remain this way.
Adequately managing this integration on our Cloud platform is feasible, and straightforward. Because of the demand, we chose not to postpone the release of the integration as we iron out, and meet the requirements to securely and effectively roll this out to our on-premise base.
What I can tell you today is that it's coming. A lot is happening behind the scenes, and the team is doing everything we can to speed this up.

Thank you for the reply. This is the biggest feature I have looked forward to in a long time and appreciate the team's work toward bringing it on-prem :)

Is there any better prediction when View might be available for self-hosted Control environments? I had another situation come up at a remote location yesterday where it would have been a very useful tool.

Also wondering when it will be available to us legacy, ever-faithful, on-prem customers =)

I assume that On-Prem partners can't install or use the Live plugin, even if they have current support and Ad-hoc licensing.

Right now we're still trying to figure out licensing for On-Premise users. We have a potential solution in place for users who have an On Premise license deployed from Automate and who have selected the ad-hoc license feature.
If you have an Automate-deployed Control server and have upgraded to the Ad-Hoc Support license, you can install the View extension from the Marketplace. |

Same guys I have been with you for year since the screenconnect days. This feature is a must for our azure hosted server.

You can add me to the list of On-Premises users interested in View. I'm going to hold off on renewing my licenses again until something gets worked out.
