I have a system running Windows 2012 that doesn't respond to Alt-Tab via ScreenConnect. Anyone suggest why not?

It is actually a virtual machine in VMWare, and interestingly, I can remote in to the VM host machine and select the VM and Alt-Tab via that. And I can remote to a physical machine and Alt tab works. And I can run an editor and press tab, and that works, and I can press Alt, and that highlights the menus. But both together do nothing. Most of my systems work fine this way. In case it is relevant, my machine is a Mac, with a Windows keyboard, but like I say, it works with most systems, so seems to be the client somehow.

I'd really like to know how to make it work!
