Following the instructions here:

Image a machine with an installed Agent

How would I go about retrieving the sessionid for a given machine in Linux/Windows?

I know that this is initially a variable set in ClientLaunchParameters, but if I remove this (per the instructions above), how can I locate what sessionid a machine is using then?
In my system setup, I want to write a job/service that reports back on this sessionid so I programatically setting custom properties with a webservice.

Any insight is appreciated.

It looks like we generate it based upon a combination of the Guest's MachineName and the MachineGuid as stored within the registry at

Code:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Cryptography\MachineGuid
