I have ScreenConnect installed on almost 4,000 computers. There a few Windows 10 computers that keep uninstalling the agent. I can reinstall the agent, and it will work for a while, then the session shows as disconnected in the console. The program is uninstalled. I can reinstall it without any problems, but it will uninstall again without the user doing anything. Each time this happens, I get a new session in the console, the old session remains until it is ended. How can I prevent the agent from being uninstalled?

Are you sure that it's not the end user doing it?

In either case you might find that adding the SystemComponent flag to your instance's uninstall key is sufficient to prevent it from being accidentally uninstalled by the user OR prevent an automated system (like certain AV software) from removing it automatically.
