SOLVED: I upgraded my license January 5th of this year. I removed the old license before I entered the new one, and at that time I was able to update to v6. I've tried removing the current updated license and adding it back with no success. I tried stopping the service and then running the update, same error. I have NOT tried completely remove the program. I tried contacting customer service weeks ago and haven't heard a peep from them. If you're running 6.x there should be any reference to Elsinore. Please check the /Bin folder on the server to see if there are any Elsinore.* dlls/exes. |

That was it! Thank you for your advice. I removed all of the Elsinore files from the Bin folder and it installed without an issue.
