Is there a “how-to” available for tunneling traffic? We currently have the product installed on an internal WAN, but are interested in putting it on our DMZ.

The only potential issue with having the ScreenConnect server in the DMZ can be access to your AD, if you are using the Windows Authentication method, rather than the default Forms authentication. Otherwise, there really aren’t any gotchas. ScreenConnect requires access to two ports (by default, 8040 & 8041), as long as those ports are open to the server, all should be fine.
