Beginning with ConnectWise Control version 6.8, the Host page will no longer support Internet Explorer (IE). End users will still be able to access your Guest page with IE, but hosts will need to use another browser to access the Host and Administration pages.

For more information, please read the Technical support bulletin.

SUPPORT QUESTIONS:
I need to know how to become eligible (or SHOULD I become eligible) to get the latest version of ConnectWise. I am currently on version 6.7.19864.6828 and the latest ConnectWise version is 6.8.20124.6845. My screen, when I login to ConnectWise is my latest “eligible” version is the one I am on, which tells me I am NOT eligible for the latest. So now what do I do?

Also, how does my updating to 6.8 Version affect my current customers that are set up on unattended sessions?

SALES QUESTION:
Another question is, how do I renew? My annual fee is due in December 2018. Do you send invoices or email notices?

I have checked the online help to no avail and have been on a chat session, on hold, for over an hour. Hopefully someone in this forum can assist.

Hi! In this case your best bet would be to contact sales directly. You can email ControlSales@ConnectWise.com or call 919.532.0022

Hi,

How can you use Connectwise Control without local Administrator permissions?
Formerly you could use IE with "clickonce", but with Firefox or Chrome, this isn't supported - I know, that there are plugins, but this is no solution.

Any idea?

Thanks and regards,

Martin
