I have been using the Connectwise Control trial for 14 days and now I cannot use my account. When I log into my account via the custom URL it says my account is inactive. I click "Move to Free" and it takes me to https://cloud.screenconnect.com/#/accountUnder https://cloud.screenconnect.com/#/account, my instance says "0 Evaluation Days Left: Buy Now" When I click "Actions" and "Change License" there is no free option, only paid plans. How do I switch to a free account?

according with the support answer, The Free license is currently down, will be back up in few days
