Hi,

Step 4 of the below article suggests the ability to add other custom fields to the Build Installer options.

Build an access agent installer

However other than the suggestion it doesn't go any further as to point you in the direction of what to edit or how to do this. I have searched the forum as best I can and was unable to find any other articles on this subject hence my post.

What I am trying to achieve is add a 'Site' option below the 'Organisation' option when creating a build.

I've already edited 'CustomProperty2' to be 'Site' by using an installed extension, but other than that I got stumped as I only have basic knowledge of this and have used installed extensions to help me do most of the admin I required.

Do I need to edit a particular web file? We are using the Windows installed version.

Any pointers thankfully received.

Regards,
Brook Confused

You need to go to the Administration \ Appearance tab.
Under Web Resources, look for SessionProperty.Custom2.AccessVisible , and set it to true
You can also name/rename that field on the SessionProperty.Custom2.LabelText

If you want that field to show up for Support and Meeting builds, you'll also want to set SessionProperty.Custom2.SupportVisible and SessionProperty.Custom2.MeetingVisible to true.

Thanks @SoCo_Systems for the quick answer. To add, you can find another KB article about Custom Properties here.

I have also sent in a Documentation request to potentially update the first KB article from OP's post with the additional link/information.
