Is the Get Host pass feature still supported in 6.4? I can generate a URL, and if I goto it however it asks for a login. I thought the point was the customer could share the screen for the time period without a password. We do have AD auth enabled so wondering if it has something to do with that?
It just redirects to the Login page stating "The requested resource requires authentication. Please login to continue. "
Thanks

FYI: Followup, GetHost pass was not working because the default page is the guest and not the host one. We updated the following file and it works!
The option to Get a Host Pass to a session is now working after changing the web.conf file: From: add key="DefaultDocumentName" value="Guest.aspx" / To: add key="DefaultDocumentName" value="Host.aspx" /
