Dont know if this is possible or if its been done already but figured ill throw it out there as im sure someone here can help. I want my users to be able to right click on the tray icon and and submit a ticket via email. More importantly, the computer name should pull and somehow come over in the email/ticket.

I like the idea, but unfortunately it's not currently possible. You can use the client resources such as TrayLink1Url and TrayLink1Text to add static links to the right-click menu that appears, but I don't think that does exactly what you're looking for.

Either way, please add it to our Product Feedback Forum.
