Hello, dear SC community!
I am trying to use SC at LabTech server 10.5. This LabTech server was upgraded from version 10. Initial SC server installation was completed successful. But when I'm trying to install SC client on target machines - it fails without any error messages (I did it with clickig at button "ScreenConnect (Not Enabled)" in LabTech Computer management window).
At Commands tab I can see that ScreenConnect command was executed successfully, but there is no SC client installed on target machine. And I can't see any connected computers at SC web panel. Tried to do this several times =)

The thing is that with clean LabTech server 10.5 installation SC plugin works fine. But this is a test server.

LabTech online documentation doesn't tell me smth helpful. All settings seems to be good

I'm using:
LT Control Center version is 105.215
SC plugin version is 2.0.2.7
SC Remote plugin version is 2.0.2.7
SC server version is 5.4.9675.5750

I can plovide any additional info if needed.

LT 10.5 is not released and still under NDA. Register your issue with Labtech pilot support as this is a Labtech issue and they support the plugin.
