I cannot create a session after changing to port 80.

All else seems okay including using a session created with the default port.

It seems I have missed something in the setup, not sure what. Can someone help out?

Can you navigate to the web site? Host page? Guest page? Are you receiving an error message? Have you tried a "netstat" command to see what ports you're listening on? Have you checked the Windows application event log to see if we log any errors?

Feel free to call into our support line tomorrow morning if you don't have it resolved.

Yes; navigation to all pages is good. I just checked firefox and it is good, I can add a session. So it seems isolated to ie, I am using version 7.

What version of ScreenConnect are you using? Some of our earlier prereleases had some issues.

I updated to the latest build 2.0.1142.3979, and the problem is fixed. The layout is also better now.
