Hi, I've tested out a product called ShowMyPc which uses VNC for remote control. The problem I have with it is when dealing with multiple monitors, it has them side by side and it's a pain to try to read what's on the screens. With ScreenConnect, can you switch between monitors? The FAQ doesn't go into much detail on this. If so I'll download the trial and do some testing with my boss. Thanks!!

ScreenConnect aligns the monitors the way they are setup in the operating system, so yes, usually side-by-side. You have multiple scaling options however that help keep everything manageable.
