A new feature in 4.1 is the ability to add links to the SystemTrayIcon that appears on Guest Machines.

These can be used to link to a URL or even to send an email to a specified address.

These values are set in the Admin->Appearance settings and are found under Client Resources.

The available options are:

Code:

TrayLink1Text
TrayLink1Url
TrayLink2Text
TrayLink2Url
TrayLink3Text
TrayLink3Url
TrayLink4Text
TrayLink4Url

To set up a URL you would do the following:
TrayLink1Text value could be 'Visit our Help Site' (quotes are not necessary)
TrayLink1Url value could be something like 'http://help.screenconnect.com/' (no quotes)

TrayLink1Text value could be 'Email Support' (quotes are not necessary)
TrayLink1Url value could be something like 'mailto: support@screenconnect.com' (no quotes)

If you just wanted to have Google opened in a browser you would just use https://www.google.com/

And if you are trying to run some sort of network test maybe use one of the free ping tools online, for example: http://tools.pingdom.com/ping/?target=google.com

And here was an interesting article regarding something similar with Firefox.
